Mr. John Dimitrakis has graduated Athens Law School (LL.B) and is currently completing his Master studies (LL.M) in Law of the Economy and of the Enterprises. Mr. Dimitrakis practices administrative law, and assists clients with transactions, litigation and regulatory compliance. He has an extensive experience working with public and private companies, municipalities, government, and nonprofit organizations. His transactional practice involves advising domestic and international clients on environmental and spatial law matters. He has represented clients in all kind of administrative litigation, including working with both procuring authorities and suppliers, and regularly represents clients in cases related to damages related to public procurement process. Mr. Dimitrakis has been a member of Athens Bar Association, since 2009 and today is a Supreme Court lawyer. Since 2014 he is Member of the Board of the Greek Environmental Law Society. Furthermore, Mr. Dimitrakis has been appointed as Legal Advisor to the General Secretariat of the Government, to the Alternate Minister for Environment and Energy, to the Alternate Minister of Rural Development and Food and to a Member of the Greek Parliament. Since 2019 he is Legal Advisor to the Deputy Minister of Rural Development and Food. He is fluent in English and speaks also French.
